Refund policy

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

If the Customer is a consumer, he has the possibility to return, to request replacement or refund, any product ordered on the site within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be accompanied by the relevant purchase invoice. The return is free.

The following conditions apply for product returns:

• the product must be returned in its original packaging;
• the goods must be returned intact, unused and complete in all its parts.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

You can make a return by bringing the goods by contacting our Customer Service at  shop@scuderia1918.com indicating the code of the items to be returned.

When your return is taken over by the SCUDERIA 1918 offices, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the collection number.

Please pack the product as you received it.

 

HOW LONG WILL I BE REFUNDED?

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Your refund will take place within 5 working days from the receipt of your return at our warehouse.
